Data-Mixed grazing increases soil carbon sequestration of alpine grasslands by reconfiguring stabilization pathways

We conducted a four-year controlled grazing experiment in an alpine grassland, comparing without grazing, yak grazing, Tibetan sheep grazing, and mixed grazing under moderate intensity. We quantified the allocation of plant biomass, the architecture of soil pores, the organic and inorganic carbon content of the soil, the labile carbon fractions and the total carbon storage of the soil.
