2D Tracking and 3D reconstruction of legs from tethered walking Drosophila

This dataset includes videos of a multi-camera motion capture system (6 cameras, 400 Hz), the 2D tracking of several leg and body keypoints for each camera, and the reconstruced 3D coordinates in world coordinates and body coordinates from tethered fruit flies, Drosophila melanogaster , walking on a spherical treadmill. Additionally, leg joint DOF angle data determined by our kinematic leg model are included.
