Phosphorus (P) are pivotal element for proper plant growth and development. We performed microarray analysis of rice root under phosphorus deficiency (-P) to obtain a global view of gene regulations associated with plant response to -P. Overall design: We performed microarray analysis of rice root at 5 days after -P and control treatments, respectively. We collected a total of 6 microarray data corresponding to 2 samples with 3 replicates.
