This project was performed to explore the CRISPR/Cas systems in the genome sequences of Mycoplasma salivarium strains ATCC14277, ATCC23557 and ATCC33130 by de novo genome sequencing. 2 × 150 bp paired-end sequencing was performed using a DNBSEQ-G400RS FAST. Raw sequencing data were processed using the FASTQ processing program. Quality-filtered reads were assembled using Unicycler.
