The genome assembly of the female orchid mantis at the chromosome level, including 21 chromosomes, one of which is the X chromosome. The genome size is 3.1 Gb, contig N50 is 71 M, scaffold N50 is 159 M, and the mantis material is from Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China. In addition, the gene set, cds sequence, protein sequence and Busco evaluations of the orchid mantis are also included.
