Antagonistic role of Hnf4a and FoxO1 metabolic networks through enhancer interactions in beta-cell function [ChIP-seq]

To identify transcription factors in Foxo1's network with H3K27ac ChIPseq performed in WT and beta cell-specific Foxo1 knockout beta cells. We performed H3K27ac ChIPseq in FAC-sorted beta cells from female mice. There are a total of 6 conditions: 3-month-old nulliparous WT and beta cell-specific FoxO1 knockout (IKO) mice, 12-month-old nulliparous WT and IKO mice, and 12-month-old multiparous WT (labeled as NGT) and IKO (labeled as DM) mice.
