mRNA sequencing for normal BEAS-2B and SWCNTs-induced malignant transformed cell

Here, we established a post-chronic SWCNT-exposed human bronchial epithelium BEAS-2B cell model to investigate the carcinogenic effects of post-chronic SWCNTs exposure on BEAS-2B cells. We investigate the genome-wide DNA methylation variations by using Infinium HumanMethylation850K array to explore the epigenetic mechanism of post-chronic SWCNT exposure induced malignant transformation in BEAS-2B cells.
