Uterine Cavity Evaluation RCT LRG/SMM

Comparison of SIS versus office hysteroscopy for uterine cavity evaluation prior to IVF. Provided are results of timing for each procedure, findings of procedure, need for secondary procedure, and results of satisfaction surveys for patients and providers. Length of time did not differ significantly between groups. Pain scores were slightly higher in the hysteroscopy group, but satisfaction scores were high and similar between both groups, suggesting limited clinical significance of the small difference in pain scores.
