Data underlying the PhD thesis: State-resolved studies of CO2 gas-surface reactions

The adsorption of D2 and CO2 on catalyst surfaces is studied using a molecular beam in ultra-high vacuum. The data consists of mass spectrometer/vacuum pressure data, reflection absorption infrared spectrometry data, and time of flight measurement data. The raw data, lab journals, and Python scripts to analyze the data are included. The raw data is placed in folders sorted by date. Most metadata is included in the Python scripts, where the data is read and processed. It can also be found in the lab journal.

本数据集围绕超高真空（ultra-high vacuum）环境中，借助分子束（molecular beam）技术开展的催化剂表面吸附氘气（D₂）与二氧化碳（CO₂）的研究构建而成。数据集包含质谱仪（mass spectrometer）/真空压力数据、反射吸收红外光谱（reflection absorption infrared spectrometry）数据以及飞行时间测量数据。本数据集涵盖原始实验数据、实验日志以及用于数据分析的Python脚本。其中，原始数据按日期分类存储于不同文件夹内。绝大多数元数据包含于用于读取与处理数据的Python脚本中，相关信息亦可在实验日志中查阅获取。
