资源简介:
The Tourette International Collaborative Genetics (TIC Genetics) Study is an international collaboration of scientists and clinicians specialized in Tourette Disorder (TD) from more than 20 sites across the United States, Europe, and South Korea. The study was established to further our understanding of the genetic architecture of tic disorders by developing a large sample of genotypically and phenotypically well-characterized affected probands and their relatives. We employ state-of-the-art genetic technologies to identify major genetic variants contributing to TD and the most commonly comorbid disorders, such as Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). TIC Genetics is a direct result of work of the New Jersey Center for Tourette Syndrome... (for more see dbGaP study page.)
