This project aims to identify plant viruses using high-throughput RNA sequencing.Total RNA extracted from leaves and fruits of five Capsicum annuum plants showingvirus-like symptoms was pooled and subjected to ribodepleted RNA-seq on the Illumina platform.The generated data provide a basis for plant virus detection and virome characterization.
