Transcriptome analysis of muscles reveals the effect of low temperature on the growth of Procambarus clarkii

In this study, we identify all genes expression variations in the muscle tissues of Procambarus clarkii cultured at different water temperatures using transcriptome analysis, aiming to identify the key genes that affect growth in crayfish at low temperatures. Our research will provide basic information on the molecular mechanism of low-temperature affecting Procambarus clarkii growth.
