Dataset (RISC-RA : M16 Deliverable) : Heavy Rain Warning thresholds - from Météo-France DIROI

Heavy Rain Warning threshold for Reunion island by climatic zones (for yellow, orange and red thresholds). Part of the Extreme Precipitation Risk Assessment. Composed of : - vectorized data (shapefile)- Rasterized data at 3km on BRIO grid (netcdf) Dataset derivated from a personal communication (jpeg image for thresholds and shapefile for climatic zones) and QGIS manual tratment to get the vectorized file. Built to get impact thresholds in the context of CLIMAAX (RISC-RA) project.
