WiFi-based Human Presence Detection Dataset (BFI format)

This dataset is designed for human presence detection using WIFi signals. It contains Beamforming Feedback Information (BFI) extracted from 802.11ac WiFi packets. The data is collected in three different indoor scenarios: an empty room,a meeting room, and a general room, each with three bandwidth settings (20MHZ, 40MHz, and 80MHZ). Each scenario includes multiple recordings,each stored in a separate.npy file. Each.npy file contains multiple packets, and each packet includes the phi and psi values for subcarries. The dataset can be used to develop and test machine learning algorithms for human presence detection, andit is particularly suitable for exploring the fusion of CARL theory and Mu-factor for human detection. The dataset is labeled based on the filename, where files containing '1p' indicate the presence of a human and '0p' indicate the absence.
