WGS of Spn of clinical isolates

Whole genome sequence analysis was performed on two isolates from patients who developed purpura fulminans, six isolates from patients with sepsis, and three pneumococcal isolates from patients with mild pneumonia. We searched for the characteristics of the causative organisms of the purpura fulminans.
