The dataset provides measurements of lake depth of the quarry pond Rosdorfer Baggersee in Lower Saxony, Germany (appr. 51.5931 lat, 9.9154 long). Depth measurements were done between June and July 2022 using a Plastimo Echotest II handheld echosounder. Geographic position of echosound measurement was recorded using a Garmin GPSMAP 65. The measurements were conducted to develop a bathymetric map of the quarry pond based on an ordinary kriging approach.
