Despite advances in studies of C9orf72-ALS, understanding the function of C9orf72 remains a key research element that is poorly explored. We generated a C9orf72-related ALS stable zebrafish line with a reduced expression of C9orf72.Using this stable transgenic zebrafish model, we analyzed the effects of reduced C9orf72 function on the zebrafish’s neuromuscular system.
