Script for bioinformatic analysis of data from targeted next-generation sequencing of DNA samples of chondrosarcoma using Ion Torrent platform and without paired normal tissue.Deposited files include mapping, filtering, variant calling with Mutetc2, intersection of variants from Mutetc2 and Torrent Suite steps with a validation step - removing potential artifacts using normal sample control.The methods are described in details in a related publication. Functions of individual scripts and folder structures are described in README file.
