Epidemiological Study and Field Anthelmintic Evaluation of Equine Gastrointestinal Nematodes in Selected Districts of Wolaita Zone, South Ethiopia

Equine gastrointestinal nematode (GIN) infection is a recognized disease that causes economic losses in the equine population. Thus, this cross-sectional study was conducted from April 2023 to September 2023 to estimate the prevalence, identify the associated risk factors, and assess fenbendazole efficacy and the farmers’ knowledge about the disease in selected districts of Wolaita Zone South, Ethiopia.
