Necrobiosis

RNA-seq of lesional and non-lesional samples, was performed to characterize the molecular and cellular features of necrobiosis. This analysis uncovered various NL-specific immune populations that were absent in non-lesional skin, nor present in lesional systemic sclerosis skin, another fibrotic immune-mediated skin disease.
