Genomo wide DNA methylation analysis of isolated endometrial epithelial cells from obese women. The illumima Infinium MethylationEPIC was used to obtain DNA methylatoin profiles across approximately 850K CpGs in isolated cultured cells. Total eight samples (five controls and three obese cases) were included in the file. Overall design: Bisulphite converted DNA from the eight samples were hybridized to the lllumina Infinium MethylationEPIC.
