Targeted sequencing of Bdellovibrionales within soil microbial communities under organic and inorganic fertilization regimes

This study investigates the diversity and dynamics of Bdellovibrionales, a group of predatory bacteria within agricultural soil microbial communities subjected to different fertilization regimes. Soil samples were collected across four seasons from two long-term experimental field sites treated with compost, manure, or mineral fertilizer.
