资源简介:
Nine simultaneous EEG-SEEG datasets corresponding to mesial temporal networks involving seven patients (three females, mean age of 38 years) with temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE). These patients had an epileptogenic zone confined to the temporal lobe and one interictal intracerebral spike (IIS) source confined to the mesial temporal lobe, as defined by SEEG recordings. Within each of these networks, the earliest IIS with the highest amplitude were manually marked with a trigger (t0) at the peak of the initial component. A total of 1,949 IIS was selected. The mean IIS amplitude was 729 ± 279 µV. EEG-SEEG segments were extracted using the same 1 sec epoch centered on t0 as SEEG segments. The remaining segments were band-pass filtered (1.5-30 Hz). In this database, artifact rejection (segments with scalp EEG amplitude >150µV ; that represent < 10% of all segments) was not performed. Simultaneous SEEG and EEG recordings were performed using a 128-channel system with 512 Hz sample rate, an analog 0.15Hz high-pass filter and scalp FPz electrode as reference. All patients gave their informed consent prior to participation. The study was granted approval by the local ethics committee (CHRU, Nancy). This dataset contains i) one table with the correspondence between SEEG electrode names and brain anatomical structures and ii) 9 folders (corresponding to the nine IIS mesial networks) with EEG and SEEG segments (1 sec centered on t0 i.e., when the first epileptic spikes occurred) of the corresponding networks (matlab format).
