采用砂浆贯入法单构件检测方式,根据测钉贯入砂浆的深度和砂浆抗压强度间的相关关系,检测样品的抗压强度,能够判断检测砂浆抗压强度是否符合样品设计强度、砂浆建筑工程是否合格,保障了建筑工程质量。按照行业标准JGJ/T136-2017《贯入法检测砌筑砂浆抗压强度技术规程》,通过贯入式砂浆强度检测仪SJY800B采用单构件检测方法,测得养护28天以上样品的贯入深度,由测钉的贯入深度通过测强曲线来换算砂浆抗压强度,预拌砌筑砂浆测强曲线公式:砂浆抗压强度换算值=311.3571x贯入深度^(-2.3950),311.3571与-2.3950为测试预拌砌筑砂浆测强曲线公式中的固定值。若砂浆抗压强度换算值>=设计强度即为合格,反之为不合格。
This dataset adopts the single-component detection method of mortar penetration test. Based on the correlation between the penetration depth of test nails into mortar and the compressive strength of mortar, it detects the compressive strength of the samples, so as to judge whether the compressive strength of the tested mortar meets the design strength of the samples and whether the mortar construction work is qualified, thus ensuring the quality of construction works. In accordance with the industry standard JGJ/T136-2017 *Technical Specification for Testing Compressive Strength of Masonry Mortar by Penetration Method*, the penetration depth of samples cured for more than 28 days is measured using the single-component detection method with the SJY800B penetration mortar strength tester. The compressive strength of mortar is calculated from the penetration depth of test nails via the strength calibration curve. The strength calibration curve formula for ready-mixed masonry mortar is: Converted compressive strength of mortar = 311.3571 × (penetration depth)^(-2.3950), where 311.3571 and -2.3950 are fixed values in the test strength calibration curve formula for ready-mixed masonry mortar. If the converted compressive strength of mortar is greater than or equal to the design strength, the test result is qualified; otherwise, it is unqualified.
