Complete genome sequence of Bacillus subtilis strain SMY, assembled using Oxford Nanopore reads and the assembler software wtdbg2 version 2.5 (https://doi.org/10.1038/s41592-019-0669-3). The assembly was polished twice using the original nanopore reads and the program nanopolish version 0.11.3 (https://doi.org/10.1038/nmeth.3444). The twice-polished assembly was further corrected using Illumina reads and the program Pilon version 1.23-1-g41e0b8e (https://doi.org/10.1371/journal.pone.0112963). The final complete genome was annotated using NCBI's PGAP tool (https://doi.org/10.1093/nar/gkw569).
