资源简介:
This dataset contains raw outcome data from a randomized, assessor-blinded controlled trial examining the mechanisms of post-activation performance enhancement (PAPE) in trained male soccer players (n = 44). The experimental group performed 3 half-squat repetitions at 90% 1RM as a conditioning activity; the control group completed a 5-min treadmill warm-up. Measurements were obtained at baseline (pre) and at 0, 4, 6, 8, 10, and 12 min post-intervention.Files included:Countermovement_jump.xlsx — CMJ height (cm) and change scores (Δcm, Δ%) at each time point for all participants (n = 44; EXP = 22, CON = 22)Electromyography.xlsx — Vastus lateralis sEMG amplitude normalized to isometric MVC (%) and change scores at each time pointTensiomyography.xlsx — TMG-derived contractile parameters (Tc, Td, Ts, Tr, Dm) and displacement-rate indices (Vc0–10%, Vc10–90%, Vc0–90%, Vcnorm) with absolute and relative changes at each time pointUltrasonography.xlsx — Vastus lateralis pennation angle (°) and fascicle length with change scores at each time pointResponder_classification.xlsx — Responder status at each time point classified as P (positive: ΔCMJ > MDC₉₅ = 3.26 cm), N (negative: ΔCMJ Group coding: EXP = experimental (conditioning activity); CON = control (treadmill). All data are anonymized; no personal identifiers are included.ClinicalTrials.gov: NCT06982937.
