Community Zoning

Contains all Zoned parcels of land within the Yukon that pertains to Development Area Regulation(s). Changes to zoning parcels are passed by Order in Council (OIC) or Ministerial Order (MO). Zoning parcels fall within a Development Area Regulation Boundary. Each Development Area maintains parcels with unique zoning designations. This layer of data also includes some Municipalities in the Yukon. Land Planning Branch maintains their zoning information as they have no mapping resources.
