资源简介:
Spatial transcriptomics allows the identification of disease- and cell-specific molecular signatures that may inform advance the biomarker development and future treatments. This study used the GeoMX platform to identify shared and disease-specific transcriptional signatures in CD45, CD56, stromal and epithelial cell populations from patients with recurrent implantation failure Overall design: Paraffin-embedded human endometrial biopsies from recurrent implanation faiure (n=8) and fertile controls (n=8) were sectioned and mounted on slides. Slides were stained with CD56, CD45, and PanCk antibodies to allow identification of cell type enriched regions. ROIs were selected based on marker staining and AOIs were collected from each ROI for RNA purification and transcriptome analysis using Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) on the NanoString GeoMx platform.
