RNA-sequencing analysis of N-cadherin regulated prostate cancer cell lines

We overexpressed N-cadherin in LNCaP cells and knocked down N-cadherin expression in PC3 cells via lentiviral transduction. Then, we performed RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) to analyze differentially expressed genes (DEGs) and further analyzed the dysregulated pathways and metabolism through enrichment analysis.
