Humanized Mouse Model Reveals T-Cell ANXA2 as a Potential Therapeutic Target in Ischemic Stroke

human peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) were transferred into immunodeficient mice to generate a mouse model with humanized T cells, and this model was applied to a stroke model. We used single-cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to reveal the heterogeneity of humanized T cells and other mouse immune cells in the humanized mouse model immunce cells (including humanzied T cells and mouse immunce cells) of the humanized mouse were isolated by fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS) and analyzed using scRNAseq.
