Current studies indicate that gut-kidney might be an important target for chronic kidney disease (CKD). We replicated a CKD rat model induced by adenine gavage, and administrated HuangGan Formula (HGF) for treatment to discuss the effect of HGF on the gut-kidney. HGF is a novel TCM prescription and hopefully used for CKD intervention. We performed 16S RNA sequencing to analyze the influence of HGF on fecal flora of CKD rats. The raw data of both 4 and 8 weeks after HGF treatment were uploaded.
