Analysis of potato tuber moth chemosensory organs transcriptome

We collected 11 chemical sensory organs, including the head of larva, antennae, head, legs, ovipositor of female adult and antennae, genitalia of male adult of P. operculella. We conducted a study on the developmental stages and tissue expression profiles of chemosensory genes in the potato tuber moth.
