Valuing Goods Allocated via Dynamic Lottery

This is the replication code for the estimation and calculations performed in "Valuing Goods Allocated via Dynamic Lottery." The estimates were derived using data controlled by the Michigan Department of Natural Resources (DNR), which cannot be posted publicly. Access may be granted by contacting the DNR (see the enclosed README.txt file for details). Upon access to the dataset, the files provided here can be used to replicate the results of the paper.
