资源简介:
The following files contain essential data and code required to replicate the analyses outlined in the associated article. AUTHOR of data files: Helene LeroyCONTACT: lry.helene@gmail.comAUTHORS of the article: H. Leroy, L. Harmáčková, N. R. Friedman, V. RemešDATE CREATED: April 27, 2024 The file named "Melidata.xlsx" consists of four sheets:"data": co-occurrence data and trait (colour and song) distances for each of the 116 species pairs;"legend": explanation of each column name in the "data" sheet"song_recordings": references of song recordings from Xeno-Canto (XC), Macaulay Library at the Cornell Lab of Ornithology (ML), and the Australian National Wildlife Collection (X);"spectral_specimens": museum references of specimens used for spectrophotometric measurements (ANWC: Australian National Wildlife Collection; AMNH: American Museum of Natural History)The four sheets are also available in the repository as independent Microsoft Excel CSV files, respectively as "Melidata.csv", "Melidata_legend.csv", "Melidata_song_recordings.csv" and "Melidata_spectral_specimens.csv".The files were saved in Microsoft Excel Version 2305. The file named "Melitree.tre" contains the phylogenetic tree of Meliphagoidea, pruned from the tree published by Marki et al. (2017) Mol. Phylogenet. Evol. 107, 516-529. The file named "Meliphagoidea_trait-divergence_code.txt" includes code and explanation necessary to replicate the analyses in the R software (R version 4.3.2, R Code Team 2023). Specifically, we present code to fit three types of phylogenetic general linear mixed models with trait distances as responses variables.
