Length-frequency distribution, fatty acid and stable isotope profiles of Antarctic toothfish and their potential prey caught during austral summer 2012–2018

This data file includes (1) Length-frequency distribution of Antarctic toothfish, (2) fatty acid composition (% of total fatty acids) and δ13C and δ15N values (‰) of toothfish and (3) potential prey. Individuals caught in the slope of Indian Ocean sector (IOS), the Ross Sea shelf (RSS), and the slope of Pacific Ocean sectore (POS) of the Antarctica.
