In this study, we aimed to elucidate the in vitro activities of CAZ-AVI and IMI-REL against clinical KPC-Kp strains isolated from southern China and the underling resistant mechanisms, and to verify the effects of different mechanisms on KPC-Kp against CAZ-AVI and IMI-REL through molecular experiments. These findings will provide further evidence for controlling the generation and spread of antibiotics resistance bacteria in the future.
