Long-term effects of extreme smoke exposure on COVID-19 infection and severe disease: a cohort study - analytical code

This repository contains cleaning and analytical code used to assess the effect of coalmine fire-related PM2.5 exposure on COVID-19 risk in the Hazelwood Health Study cohort. Survey data cannot be shared for privacy reasons. In addition, it contains an R Project file and R code and air quality monitoring data used to compare Black Summer PM2.5 exposures between Morwell and adjacent areas.
