Prostate cancer is a multi-focal disease and understanding the relationship between primary disease and relapse has remained a challenge. To identify the genetic events that drive tumor aggressivity, we performed whole transcriptome sequencing and gene expression analysis of multiple foci of prostate cancer from men who underwent radical prostatectomy as definitive therapy. *Submitter declares that the raw data will be submitted to dbGaP (https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gap) because of patient privacy concerns.*
