The male sterility of a wheat thermosensitive genic male sterile (TGMS) line is strictly controlled by temperature. We used microarrays to identify genes that play pivotal roles in anthers during cold-stress hypersensitivity. The expression of genes in response to different temperature treatment were analyzed for anthers of BS366. Anthers were selected at five developmental stages from BS366 unde four conditions for hybridization with the Affymetrix GeneChip Wheat Genome Arrays
