Public opinion on telemedicine quality in Mexico 2021

According to a survey carried out in Mexico in 2021 among telemedicine users, nearly eight in every ten interviewees considered the quality of remote medical services equally as good as face-to-face appointments. However, about 16 percent of respondents said that remote medical services in the country were as bad or worse than those provided in person. According to that same study, the most commonly received telemedicine service were prescriptions.
