Draft genome sequence of Flavobacterium psychrophilum strain NNS4-1804. Flavobacterium psychrophilum strain:NNS4-1804

Flavobacterium psychrophilum is the causative agent of bacterial cold-water disease in ayu fish (Plecoglossus altivelis altivelis) in Japan. We isolated six F. psychrophilum strains from dead ayu fingerlings in April 2018 in Nahari River in Kochi Prefecture. We analyzed the whole genome sequences of the six strains, and determined the genotypes by multilocus sequence typing (MLST) which was reported by Fujiwara-Nagata et al. (2013). The obtained draft genome sequences were also annotated and compared with other domestic strains available in GenBank.
