Diaphorina citri Combined dataset SKA mtDNA haplotyping

Repository of scripts, file inputs, and unpublished mitogenomes curated in Dr. Michelle Heck's Laboratory within the USDA ARS at Cornell University in conjunction with Dr. Liliana Cano at UF IRREC in Fort Pierce, FL. This collection of code and data was used to analyze and produce figures from mtDNA datasets using split kmer analysis (SKA) and is associated with the manuscript "Rapid and reproducible haplotyping of complete mitochondria from related individuals using split kmers".
