Limb Amputation Experiment

This dataset contains all the experiments performed to observe the ventral nerve cord or flies expressing GFP in their chordotonal organs over time. The two groups are compressed in two .zip files: the control.zip and the LR.zip. Unzip both of these files in a single folder to run the data analysis code available at: https://github.com/NeLy-EPFL/Long-Term-Imaging-VNC-Drosophila.
