Mnase-seq was performed to generate the chromatin landscape in mouse ESCs and 2nd generation iPSCs derived from different mesoderms,then we compared the chromatin landscapes of these cell lines and revealed that 2nd generation iPSCs show silimar nucleosomes positioning and occupancy with ESCs at whole genome or different binding sites of pluripotency-related transcription factors, protein regulators and enzymes.
