Empirical Lawhood: retained Matrix programme reports (E1, E2, TRAIN, E3 and E4)

This dataset provides the exact retained Matrix programme report bundle associated with Empirical Lawhood software 0.3.0. The reports were assembled on 2 November 2026 without new native acquisition, fitting or scientific reconstruction. The six completed reports cover E1, E2, TRAIN, E3, E4 development and E4 revision. Original producing identities, independent-unit denominators and nested observations are retained. E4 returned FIT_UNAVAILABLE and UNCONSTRUCTIBLE_MATCHED_RELATION; twelve dependent phases retain conditional nonentry. No E5 preparation benefit or E6 transfer outcome was measured. Scientific qualification remains NOT_ESTABLISHED. The original matrix-completed-reports.zip is 463,637,963 bytes, SHA-256 b159bccbc819636033b6f98df8afb385d84a63dffab84c285548cbac73e811ec. Its ten members contain the six complete report bodies, original guide, findings, report index and recorded raw-file census. Original delivery acceptance and receipt files are supplied separately, with a deposit manifest and checksums. Availability limit: the recorded census describes 264,186 underlying files / 50,095,970,946 bytes in external custody. Those raw files are not included. This is a report deposit, not a complete raw-evidence replica or an independent scientific replay. Historical local paths are provenance, not public retrieval links.
