TEAMx wEOP radiosonde profiles Kolsass (IVTA)

Abstract The dataset contains vertical profiles from radiosondes launched by the University of Innsbruck, Department of Atmospheric and Cryospheric Sciences (ACINN) during the TEAMx winter Extended Observational Period (wEOP) at Kolsass in the Inn Valley Target Area (IVTA). Further details about the TEAMx Observational Campaign can be found in Lehner et al. (2026). Dataset description The TEAMx wEOP took place between 20 January and 28 February 2025. Radiosondes (GRAW DFM-09) were launched during selected Intensive Observational Periods (IOPs), typically at 3-h intervals, from the i-Box station VF0 (Rotach et al. 2017) near Kolsass in the Inn Valley, Austria.
