The effects of TM on the transcriptome of C. elegans

To screen potential molecular regulators mediating tetrathiomolybdate(TM)-induced longevity in C. elegans, we analyzed the transcriptome of worms in control and tetrathiomolybdate treatment groups. Overall design: Gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for control and 4 days administration of tetrathiomolybdate (TM) in C. elegans
