Neurobehavioral mechanisms of fear and anxiety in multiple sclerosis

The code and data provided in this repository should be structured in three folders: 1) Zenodo_CodeDataNeural 2) Zenodo_CodeDataBehav 3) Zenodo_DataStructConn 1) Zenodo_CodeDataNeural Zenodo_CodeDataNeural should contain two sub folders named „Code“ und „Data“. Subfolder „Code“ should contain the files: ATLAS_NMM_GM_ONLY_61_73_61_3_3_3_FLIP.nii, ATLAS_NMM_GM_ONLY_181_217_181_1_1_1_FLIP.nii, ATLAS_NMM_GM_ONLY_Native_List_Labels_Shortened.txt, ATLAS_NMM_Native_List_Labels_Shortened.txt, ATLAS_NMM_Native_List_Labels.txt, Data_fMRI.mat, FN_SPMbetas_23456_HC_N29.txt, FN_SPMbetas_23456_MSA_N18.txt, FN_SPMbetas_23456_MSNA_N36.txt, GetFearPerSPMBeta.m, GetfMRIMaps.m, GetfMRIMapsAtlas.m, GRGM_COGEMS_II_FGE_HC_N23_LSXCL_GMNOI_LSCRI.nii, ListReadAddPrefix.m, Vol_Read_NIFTI.m, Zenodo_Code_Fig3_fMRIPrediction_WholeGM_PwMSA_PwMNSA.m, Zenodo_Code_Fig4_fMRIPrediction_ROI_PwMSA.m, Zenodo_Code_Fig4_fMRIPrediction_ROI_PwMSNA.m, and README_Zenodo_CodeDataNeuralFearGen_Code.txt. Subfolder "Data" should contain the files zipped to "Data_NEURAL_Please_Unzip_Here.zip". 2) Zenodo_CodeDataBehav The folder Zenodo_CodeDataBehav" should contain the following files: Data_BEHAV.mat, GetIndifferencePoint.m, Graph_GroupBarMeanStd.m, Logistic.m, ReadTrialMat.m, TranslateBinMatrix.m, vec_scale.m, Zenodo_Code_Fig2_Generalization.m, Zenodo_Code_FigS1_Acquisition.m, Zenodo_Code_FigS1_Preacquisition.m, Zenodo_Code_ProportionsSmallLargeCS.m and README_Zenodo_CodeDataBehavioralFearGen.txt. Please unzip the zip file "Data_BEHAV_Please_Unzip_Here.zip" to a subfolder "Data" within Zenodo_CodeDataBehav. 3) Zenodo_DataStructConn After unzipping Zenodo_DataStructConn_Please_Unzip_Here.zip the folder Zenodo_DataStructConn contains the structural connectivity matrices determined as described in the Methods section of the main manuscript "Preprocessing of DWI scans, tractography, and graph-based connectivity modeling" and used for determination of regional structural connectivity metrices (e.g., clustering coefficient). Please also copy README_Zenodo_DataStructConn.txt to this folder.
