Life Cycle Assessment Dataset For Urine and Blood Analysis in Madrid

Urine and Blood test LCA performed on participants of Preve Renal program at Madrid. A semiquantitative analysis involves a set of machine workflows, including the Roche Cobas p512, the Sysmex UC-3500, and the Sysmex UF-5000, which automatically organize the samples and analyse the density, pH, albumin, creatinine, glucose, ketone bodies, bilirubin, blood, nitrites, urobilinogen, leukocytes and sediment. A quantitative analysis, performed on albuminuria positive participants (15.7% of the initial participants), automatically reorganise the samples and quantifies albuminuria and creatinine. The machines involved in this step are Roche cobas p612 and Roche cobas c702. Finally, a complete blood analysis is performed on those with albuminuria higher than 300mg/g (1.95% from the initial population), the machines involved are Sysmex XN-10, Sysmex-TS10, Roche cobas p612, Roche cobas c702 and Roche cobas e801.
