RNA sequencing data from human monocyte-derived macrophages after infection with Aspergillus fumigatus. MDMs (5×105/well in 24-well plates) were infected with A. fumigatus conidia at a 1:2 effector-to-target ratio, and samples were collected after 2 and 6 hr. Uninfected MDMs were cultured in parallel as controls.
